FrameFast (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product operated by Unexplored Limited, a company based in the United Kingdom.
Our website is framefa.st and you can reach us any time at team@unexplored.studio.
We care deeply about privacy and aim to keep things as transparent and simple as possible.
2. What information we collect
We only collect the information that helps us run FrameFast smoothly and support our users.
Information you provide
Support form – when you send us a message, we collect your name, email, and message so we can reply.
Plugin submission form – when you submit a plugin, we collect the details you share to review and manage your submission.
Orders – when you make a purchase, payment details are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider). We only receive basic order info like your name, email, and what you purchased.
Information collected automatically
Framer Analytics – we use Framer’s built-in analytics to see anonymous website traffic and usage data. It doesn’t identify you personally or use tracking cookies.
Facebook Pixel – used to understand how people discover our site and to measure ad performance.
YouTube embed – when you watch an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may collect viewing data under their own privacy policy.

We use your information only for:

Managing plugin submissions

Support messages are managed securely inside our private Slack workspace.
Purchases and order data are processed through Lemon Squeezy, who handle all payments and receipts.

Slack – internal communication for support tickets

Framer Analytics collects non-identifiable usage data to help us understand site performance.
